First off, is this going to be for just the client or is it for the client and multiple other people. Basically, is it going to be for a conference room or his workstation?
For his workstation, i would personally suggest a Tandberg 1700 MXP desktop unit if you are able to procure one. they are a bit expensive but if your client is a business executive or frequently VTC's with other people on a regular basis, then the 1700 MXP is probably the way to go (if cost is no object). This is based on my personal experience using this particular unit.
capabilities and features:
-host up to 4 video sites and 3 audio sites via its MultiSite functionality.
-Duo Video mode allows simultaneous transmission/reception of 2 different video feeds (Camera video feed and PC input). this allows you to be able to connect your computer's VGA output to the unit if you want others in the conference to be able to view your camera and a presentation from your computer (Power Point, video file, ect.). only drawback is distant end must also have a similar protocol as the Tandberg's Duo Video.
If that is too over-the-top, they have a wide array of more value-oriented units.

for a conference room, i would suggest the Tandberg C40 Codec. low profile, powerful and capable of performing most corporate teleconferencing sessions. To find out more on what you would need for your client, you can contact Tandberg directly and they will assist you in choosing the right suite for your application.

Hope this helps!!
