Paradox of practice trick

0
June 19, 2016

Be aware of this, while keeping in mind not all marketers do this. We all know there are ethical marketers out there. But IM is a business, in business you are swimming in shark infested waters.

The trick is.... these gurus I'm talking about wil sell you there info, training and products, but that isn't what they're getting rich off of. They are making there money in a different model.

In example: someone who sells you information on affiliate marketing, They appear to be an expert in affiliate marketing and you assume that's how they make their money. The fact is they are getting rich off you buying their book. They make their money by publishing books.....not affiliate marketing.

So, the next time you buy something from someone or follow them, make sure they practice what they preach.

Because the deception is they don't get rich off their own advice and info....they get rich by selling it to you.

Cheers,

Rick

Always do your homework before you hand out any money to anyone.

So just how do you do this?

People lie about their experience and background

Marketers "Photoshop" their bank accounts and earnings statements

Marketers get their buddies to give them testimonials

Ask for references and

if

you're lucky enough to get anything at all, what you get might be a reference from someone who bought one of their products 10 years ago

Sellers often hide behind "privacy" issues or anonymous profiles

How can you be sure the marketers "practice what they preach" as you stated?

I'm always suspicious of Paypal and Clickbank payment details - glad that WF has cracked down on ridiculous monetary claims. Ultimately, I suppose the advice I follow is never to follow your heart when you're reading a sales page. If you're tempted, wait a day and then reread it. People hustling for quick decisions are almost never to be trusted. What do reputable marketers say? And ask the seller questions about specifics. If the product is genuine, they have answers - if it's a just theory then their answers betray it.

But then I guess I'm just a skeptic.

And you know this how??

Take a look at affilorama and research mark ling. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised

I noticed a new kind of fraud at WF some time ago. List as LITTLE as possible. Hype it up. Make it sound BRAND NEW NEVER THOUGHT OF BEFORE.

I admit fell into that trip before and come to find out it was just about selling ebooks on ebay about ex. ASPRIN and trying to confuse the listing so that if read fast looks like you are selling asprin..... That is new how? Fraud been around long before you bucko.

Only 2 people out of THOUSANDS of reviews called him on this. Everyone else was like after one week I made 3.00 OMG all left to do is scale... That is great you want to scale a business model built on fraud... Did the two people who actually call him on fraud get anything in return? YES we got bashed by not only him but customers as well who made between 3.00-5.00 with the system.. There justification? He teaches you to fraud and bait and switch people WITHOUT getting in trouble... Yeah works great maybe now but you can only steal and fraud for soo long before people say enough is enough.

So in short. It is the BUYERS (sheep mob mentality) That is helping to facilitate scams in the buyers marketplace. Me, I do not have that problem. I have no trouble calling something as BS and fraud. Sheeple on WF is many. The mee too crowd who just wants to fit in always buying and never trying. They rate and make up reviews based on how good it reads not on rather or not it actually works.

INSTEAD of worrying about what others are doing and spending time stressing out.

It is 100% more EFFICIENT to just focus on your own business.

That's "Paradox Of Taking Action"

ALSO, even though I know where you're coming from. I STILL don't see a problem as long as the information is good and works.

Not all personal trainers are buff and have the ideal body shape. In fact, some of them are fat BUT if they know what they are talking about and personalize the best workout program for you. Will you NOT trust them just because they are not doing what they preach?

A retired sport coach, a teacher who teaches business and the list goes on.

Basically, at the end of the day if you're going to be spending money on an info product. The ONLY thing that matters is if the information is good and the strategy works. I'll be happy to spend $17 for an info product that someone else has spend hours or days researching and compiling together EVEN if they don't do what they teach.

Most the time here of late the information is not good and the strategy is untested. I blame those selling WSO's on how to create a WSO in 10 minutes and make 5k a week. No joke bought a WSO last year ands the secret sauce was a site that was DEAD for 4 years. So eager to make money they did not even TEST the method they rehashed.

So yeah man I understand the white knight syndrome that you have going on but open your eyes and call crap like it is. YES there is a LOT of good WSO's but they are mixed in the PILE OF CRAP we have in there now. Lying and being blind to what is actually going on is not gonna garner you any friends or any extra WSO sales.

It goes without saying if the product is crap and just plain stupid.

I'm just voicing my opinion on the term "Paradox of practice" and especially in regards to "Info Products"

Hey Steve,

You can find out alot by googling who is ___**

Since Mark Ling has been mentioned above, I googled him and in 5 minutes I discovered he has Affloblueprint, affilorama, affilojetpack which are products of his and traffic travis which is software. He has a free report and does consulting. One of his products is also a membership.

So in this case I would look into creating products.

Not many are going to trust, respect and follow the advice of a fat personal trainer. Bad role model.

Anthony Robbins used models to improve himself. Role models who were successful.

But I know what your saying.

All you have to do is apply a little common sense.

"I will teach you my SECRET METHOD for earning HUNDREDS of dollars on AUTOPILOT by TONIGHT. I'll also include my RARE BONUS worth THOUSANDS. Get your access NOW for just $9!"

Yeah, no thanks.
