I have a amd fx 6100 3.3ghz processor I'm pretty sure it is bottlenecking the hell out of my EVGA GTX 960 4gb FTW...will the amd fx 8350 bottleneck it and will th GPU run at 100% instead of like 50 or 60??

the fx 8350 will run better as it has a higher clock speed and better single core performance. it should keep up with a 960. (it can keep up with a 970 sometimes)
